Kanawha board OKs roof plan for Chandler School building - Charleston Gazette

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Kanawha County school board members are moving forward with plans to renovate the shuttered Chandler Elementary School on Charleston's West Side to house an alternative education program for high school and middle school students.
