4-Alarm fire breaks out in Lancaster City - WHP CBS21

During a four alarm fire, several people were rescued from a porch roof in Lancaster City. The fire began about 1:45 a.m. in a rowhome on the 600 block of Vine Street. Firefighters and police used ladders to rescue the people from a neighbor's porch roof.
